Q: When will I receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. However, items ship together; if your order includes a made to order/preorder item, all items will ship in one package once the embroidery is complete or preorder is in stock.

Unless otherwise noted, hand-embroidered pieces are carefully made to order. Current turnaround time is approximately 4-6 weeks before shipment. Please contact me before purchase if you’d like to request an expedited ship date. 

INTERNATIONAL:  Your order will be dispatched as listed above, but shipping time varies by destination.

Q: Do you take custom requests?

Custom requests are Open. Availability is updated in the Quality Goods Company Newsletter & Instagram thank you! Please find my general custom order info below: I’m happy to hear your custom order requests! As a policy, I do not accept commissions to recreate another artist’s work. Additionally, I am more likely to take on projects that fall within my aesthetic and artistic scope. Feel free to peruse my past & current works on Instagram to get a sense of what I do.

If my aesthetic seems like it suits your project, please send a message with your general ideas and I’ll see what I can do! Exact quotes/turnaround times can be given upon discussing project details but generally custom work takes 6+ weeks for completion.

Q: How do I care for my patch?

Hand embroidery is delicate in nature and should be treated with care. To promote longevity, I recommend hand or machine stitching patches to items that are not routinely laundered like a jean jacket or tote bag. Avoid washing and drying. 

Gently spot clean or Dry Clean only.

Q: How soon will I hear back about my question?

I do my best to answer emails of an urgent nature as quickly as possible, most often same-day, M-F. However, please allow up to 72 hours for a response to custom requests and general inquiries. Thank you!
